![]() The pools are way to small to limit the space like this. To top it off, 1 of them is an adult only pool, same deck, just across from each other. Swimming Pools - two on this particular ship - but not near big enough for the capacity that this ship holds. I only had a couple quick questions and a request for a Band-Aid (or change for one) and they seemed like they were just sick of people in general. I'll start with those: - If you need guest services, prepare to feel like you are bothering them. This was our first cruise with Norwegian but hopefully it won't be our last! There was just a few minor things that kept me from rating this review a 5. I will look for other cruise lines the next time.… you couldn't keep distance nowhere (I remember the pandemic days) and although guests were kindly asked to wash there hands before entering the restaurant, they DID NOT. ![]() Everywhere were too many people at a time, long queus in front of the information desks, too many people in the restaurants, in the small theatre, a full-packed fitness-room.with machines and people. and actually I didn't know why the Encore seemed to be overcrowded. where we were, the temperature of the water, the weather forecast, etc. We didn't see the captain during 15 days, we only listened to him saying at 10 a.m. There was no lobster dinner, no Captain's dinner, no formal dinner. the food is delicious but not as precious as on former cruises. you notice everywhere, that economies are made i.e. The Central America / Panama Canal cruise was amazing. We liked the ship very much, it's so beautiful.
